Venus has been highlighted in recent celestial events and will be again as Pluto becomes stationary in square with Venus near May 1, 2024. (more on stationary orbs)
Venus ruled the Lunar eclipse on March 25, 2024, at 05 Libra with both the Moscow concert attack and the Baltimore bridge incident within the five-day watch period of eclipses.
The Solar eclipse at DC on April 08, 2024, was at 19 Aries 24 with Chiron of vulnerability at the same degree to the minute. The transiting Venus at 04 Aries was in opposition to the recent Lunar eclipse and square the Declaration Venus at 03 Cancer as transiting Chiron was returning to the Declaration Chiron. Another ship 'lost power' during the five-day period and the House passed FISA with expanded surveillance power. (more on keywords)
On the Federal chart, the transiting Mars and Saturn was square the Federal Chiron as the Solar eclipse and transiting emphasized Chiron was square the banking Federal Jupiter and opposing the surveillance Neptune. (more on emphasized planets) Then on April 20, 2024, a new Jupiter-Uranus cycle formed in the Venus ruled sign at 21 Taurus square the Federal Venus at 21 Aquarius with the transiting Venus at 19 Aries, the degree of the recent Solar eclipse and Chiron emphasized.
The Senate had passed FISA, and within days of the new cycle passed a 95 billion aid package for Ukraine and Israel which also allowed the administration to seize Russian assets to fund Ukraine that the Treasury Secretary Yellen was pushing.1 Russia responded with seizures of their own on JPMorgan.
All the signals point to cracks in the economy and not just a resurgence of more bank failures like the Silicon Valley Bank but much deeper, a buckling is looking more likely with the massive Congressional spending, soaring debt and the looming commercial real estate collapse. But while it could just be a revisit to the stagflation after the oil embargo in 1973, a destruction of the financial collapse should not be ruled out.
In the coming days Pluto will be stationary in square with transiting Venus when the Federal Reserve meeting decision is announced.2 With a transiting critical Mars of cutting conjunct the Reserve Midheaven and square the Reserve Sun and Pluto, their actions can hardly right a ship that is being swamped with debt. There has been a long history of the Federal Reserve either doing too little too late or taking actions that hurt the economy that were later admitted. For example, a secret meeting in 1920 was held, afterward their actions caused scores of businesses and farms to be lost and scooped up by large companies. 
Venus also rules allies and the stationary Pluto square to Venus could feature the changing attitude of support for Israel from its founding, the Yom Kippur war and the current war between Israel and Hamas. The relationship could be tested in square with Pluto.
Pluto stationary can exhibit in brazen displays of power, attempts to manipulate and control. Stock panics have occurred with Pluto in stationary orb, notably the Stock Panic of 1929 and in 1857. Pluto was stationary for both the State of Disunion Convention before the Civil War and for Lexington.
Executive Orders making extreme change have been issued with Pluto stationary such as EO 6102 by FDR that forced those who owned gold to turn it into the government, seizing citizen owned gold. President Obama issued EO 13584 to establish Center for Strategic Counterterrorism Communications to troll others online to attempt conforming behavior on social media.
Venus also rules guests. Guest workers are now commonly called migrants and could be the focus of an EO of radical change.
The key point is that Venus has been an important part of each recent celestial event. The last Venus retrograde was at 28 Leo 36 on July 22, 2023. The Venus retrograde degree opposed the Federal Mars at 28 Aquarius 43 and was square the Ascendant at 27 Scorpio of the public. Reconsider the 1929 events, some will look to exit as the third house of government numbers are manipulated and the reckoning from 2008 comes.4 Another thing that should be noted is Pluto in opposition to the Federal Uranus at 01 Leo. The Pilgrim chart also has Uranus at 01 Leo and when Pluto opposed the Pilgrim Uranus through 1778 - 1780 the divisions between the patriots and the loyalists became particularly sharp during the American Revolution. Many loyalists left with the British fleet that abandoned Boston also with transiting Mars at 01 Aries. (more on transits to nation charts) In September of 1778 Massachusetts passed a Banishment Act to prevent loyalists who had joined with the enemy from being allowed to return to the state, they were named in newspapers and their homes and property confiscated. Claudius Smith, a loyalist was hung on January 22, 1779, for killing a patriot in New York.
Pluto also rules subversive or traitorous activity as the actions of Benidict Arnold and Major Andre would be revealed during this period of Pluto opposing Uranus.
