Pluto Returns - War and the CIA

The transformative and often destructive Pluto in Capricorn made its return to the Declaration Pluto after two hundred and forty-six years, to revisit the fight against government subjugation in 2022. 

The relevance of the sign can be found in earlier examples of Pluto returns. The Pilgrim chart had Pluto in Taurus of values. (more on keywords)

There was a Lunar eclipse on June 1, 1863, at 10 Sagittarius conjunct the Ascendant of the Pilgrim chart. The return would be exact in June of 1863 during the Civil War. Weeks later at Gettysburg, the devastation of Pluto would be seen in the deadliest battle that began on July 1, 1863, for three days. (More on returns)
Transiting Mars at 11 Leo was square the returning Pluto at 12 Taurus as the transiting Jupiter was conjunct an emphasized Pilgrim Mars to further increase the death toll. (more on emphasized planets)

The 29-degree Saturn was conjunct the Pilgrim Midheaven with Chiron of battle at 10 Pisces to square the Ascendant, a turning point for the Union. (more on transits to nation charts)

On November 13,1864, there was a Lunar eclipse at 21 Scorpio and two days later the destruction of Pluto was evident in the scorched earth policy that Atlanta left in ruin. (more on eclipses)

Mars was again involved as it opposed the Pilgrim North Node at 16 Sagittarius while the transiting North Node at 09 Scorpio opposed the returning Pluto.

Consider the Magna Carta of 1215 with Pluto in Leo for clues. The Magna Carta was signed during the battles of the Leo royalists versus the Aquarius rebels to establish that even the king was subject to the law, not above it. This inspiring system of justice would later be influential in the creation of the Bill of Rights in America to protect the individual from governmental abuse of power. 
Pluto would return in 1460 with Neptune in opposition to the Magna Carta Neptune during the War of the Roses, a civil war between the houses of York and Lancaster in a power struggle over the Leo rulership. The Battle of Northampton would have Pluto at 19 Leo 57 to return with Chiron also returning at 19 Leo 18.

The joining of the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of Scotland was agreed by mutual legislative acts in 1707 to become Great Britain was the second Pluto return for the Magna Carta.
The Magna Carta Pluto was at 20 Leo 39 as the returning Pluto of the Great Britain chart at 20 Leo 38 with transiting Neptune at 22 Aries to conjunct the Magna Carta Neptune at 21 Aries for a simultaneous Neptune return. The returning Pluto at 20 Leo was in square to its dispositor the Sun at 20 Taurus. The returning Neptune at 21 Aries was in square to its dispositor Mars at 20 Cancer.

The next Pluto return for the Magna Carta was another royal Leo theme on the crowning of Queen Elizabeth in 1953. Pluto was at 21 Leo 01 as the joined transiting Mercury and Mars were at 22 Gemini square the Magna Carta Saturn at 22 Virgo. Transiting Saturn at 20 Libra 55 was emphasized as it joined with transiting Neptune at 21 Libra 21 to oppose the Magna Carta Neptune at 21 Aries 19. 

There was a Solar eclipse at 12 Sagittarius 22 on December 4, 2021, to conjunct the Declaration Ascendant of the 5:10 pm chart at 12 Sagittarius 21. Pluto would reach 27 Capricorn in February 2022. The NSA had reported the fifth consecutive year of extracted electronic data without warrants and on February 10, 2022, Senators revealed that the CIA had been conducting bulk collections on Americans.303 
Pluto was at 27 Capricorn 15 in returning to Pluto as Neptune at 21 Pisces 45 opposed the Declaration Neptune at 22 Virgo and was square the Declaration Mars at 21 Gemini. The information Mercury was at 26 Capricorn to oppose the Declaration Mercury at 24 Cancer. The emphasized transiting Mars of war at 12 Capricorn joined with passionate Venus at 13 Capricorn to oppose the Declaration Sun at 13 Cancer. The revelations brought awareness that the government saw its people as the enemy. 

On April 18, 2022, former intelligence officials sent a letter to Congress to stop any breakup of big tech as the social media partnership with government was a national security imperative to control public opinion.304 

The general search warrants, censorship and social controls were a repeat of the king’s iron fisted actions in the colonial period. The government that eventually formed following the Declaration of Independence to fight against British tyranny had come full circle to become the abuser.

The legislative branch through the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence created an unaccountable intelligence branch as a fourth branch of government with the executive branch of the FBI, DOJ and NSA in charge and the judicial branch granting approval of the intelligence branch with the secret FISA court.

The Pluto return further exposed the intelligence branch of government with the first of the Twitter files by Matt Taibbi dropped on December 2, 2022, at 3:34 pm. A stationary Neptune at 22 Pisces opposed the Declaration Neptune at 22 Virgo as Pluto was near its earlier return reminiscent of the British War of the Roses. In December transiting Jupiter would be returning to the Jupiter-Uranus cycle at 00 Aries after twelve years to highlight expansive technology. The revelations of government surveillance and censorship in partnerships with tech giants displayed the government’s adversarial view its people.305 Pluto entered Aquarius in 2023, the Paris return will be next.

When the colonists rebelled against an oppressive government, it was the wealthy upper crust of society that typically made up the globalist leaning Loyalists. When the tide turned, those that despised America were not just run out of town, but out of the country. They fled with little more than the clothes on their backs, their property confiscated and given to others.

The Executive Order 13848 on September 12, 2018, authorized property seizure for election interference with the seizure Saturn stationary at 02 Capricorn, which was conjunct the Pilgrim Sun at 00 Capricorn and opposed the Pilgrim Saturn 03 Cancer.306 The transiting T-square of Uranus at 02 Taurus, Venus at 02 Scorpio and Mars at 00 Aquarius formed a Grand Cross to the Pilgrim Uranus at 01 Leo. The White House extended the order in 2021, 2022, and in 2023.307

Earlier Uranus cycles reveal repetitions of intensified polarization building into an unbridgeable chasm of the populace, financial collapse, rebellions against the tyranny of a corrupt ruling class, not just in the United States but around the world. A walk through the past demonstrates a wide range of techniques that can be employed in mundane astrology without ever considering a natal chart.

Perspective changes everything. When mundane astrologers look at events, with a finger on the pulse of the earlier cycles, the entire frame of reference, is transformed. Chart the past to see the future and plan accordingly.
