Corporatism Versus Populism
Donald Trump’s populist 2016 campaign focused on economic nationalism that called for an end to illegal immigration and free trade agreements in direct opposition to the globalist plans of the Council of Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission. Trump made crass, shocking statements with nonstop coverage by the corporate press. As an outsider, without prior political office or military command, he would make the contrast that the elite backed Hillary Clinton and he was for America First. President Obama also inadvertently helped emphasize the contrast when he scoffed in June of 2016 that manufacturing jobs “are just not going to come back.”278
The primaries eventually came down to a vote between establishment or populist candidates. The public wanted a radical change in direction and both Trump and Sanders called for an end of the TPP. Sanders’ voters would later be vindicated by the WikiLeaks revelations of a rigged primary.279
On October 7, 2016, at 4:05 pm the Access Hollywood tape would drop with WikiLeaks publication of the Podesta emails at 4:32 pm.280 Donald Trump apologized for the vulgar comments and the story dropped out of the news whereas interest in the Podesta emails continued.
The emails revealed that the Clinton campaign planned a Pied Piper strategy to elevate the most extreme Republican candidates with the help of the press. The strategy to promote Donald Trump as a serious candidate was an eighty-four-year repeat of Republican President Hoover’s scheme to ensure that Franklin D. Roosevelt would be the Democratic nominee. The strategy would fail for both Hoover and Clinton.281
The WikiLeaks release once again had Mercury at the critical 00 Libra, a repeat of when WikiLeaks had published the TPP agreement in 2015. Mercury at 00 Libra was conjunct the Declaration Midheaven at 01 Libra as transiting Uranus at 22 Aries shocked in square with the emphasized Declaration Mercury at 24 Cancer. (more on transits to nation charts)
A transiting square of the Sun at 15 Libra 00 and the transiting Pluto at 14 Capricorn brought focus in aspect the Declaration Saturn 14 Libra and the Declaration Sun 13 Cancer to confirm the corruption in government and the corporate press.282
Saturn at 12 Sagittarius 09 was emphasized and in a near perfect square with the transiting North Node at 12 Virgo 08 to aspect the Ascendant at 12 Sagittarius in public judgement. Any condemnation was shaken off with nonchalance and the untouchable superiority of those above the common public; the emails became a window revealing ‘our betters’ views.(more on emphasized planets)
Corporate State
The definition of corpocracy was a “Blend of corporate and bureaucracy.”283 The merger of powerful corporate interests with the interests of government forms a corporate state. The unrestrained globalization had empowered corporations to merge and concentrate until a few organizations held entire international industries. The cozy relationship with government ensured there would never be any antitrust actions. The concentration of power ensured their monopolies and prevented free market competition from rising up. The power of these conglomerates gained government bailouts, subsidies, tax breaks, and research grants that further increased their profits, a form of corporate welfare paid for by working American taxpayers.
With CFR and Trilateral members in controlling government positions focused on ever growing trade agreements and strengthening the dominance of international organizations, there has been the steady march toward world governance by a powerful few, while maintaining an illusion of voting choices.

The 2016 election revolt was born out of betrayal of the public trust. After decades of empty promises, people chose the economic populism of the America First message to the shock of the political ruling class most of all.
What the years of 1764, 1848, 1932, and 2016 had in common were in the economic, social and political conditions that a populist message of the left or the right resonated in fertile ground as Uranus in Aries stirred the populace against the globalism of Neptune. (more on keywords)

Those who preferred the Neptune globalism were traumatized by the results of the 2016 election. There were news reports of people seeking counseling for uncontrollable crying, fear, anxiety, and anger issues from post-election stress with street protests.
Only days after his inauguration, on January 23, 2017, at 1:06 pm President Trump signed the memo withdrawing the United States from the TPP agreement.284 Mercury at 10 Capricorn was conjunct the Saturn-Neptune cycle at 11 Capricorn. The cycle that had been involved with the formation of the Council of Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission and the steady march toward globalism.

Jupiter was stationary at 22 Libra 51 conjunct the Federal Neptune at 22 Libra 53 as the transiting disrupter Uranus was at 20 Aries. Transiting emphasized Neptune opposed the Federal Midheaven at 10 Virgo while the Sun (government leader) at 03 Aquarius opposed the Federal emphasized Uranus at 01 Leo. Transiting Venus at 20 Pisces and Chiron at 21 Pisces were conjunct the agreement of Federal Mercury at 22 Pisces.
Transiting Mars at 26 Pisces was conjunct the Uranus at 26 Pisces of the first round of TPP negotiations on March 15, 2010, to detonate the explosion of long laid plans as the leader of government Sun at 03 Aquarius opposed the emphasized TPP Mars at 00 Leo.
Comparing the founding of the Trilateral Commission to the withdrawal from the TPP, Jupiter stationary at 22 Libra opposed by the transiting Uranus at 20 Aries aspected the Trilateral square of Uranus at 22 Libra and Mars at 22 Capricorn when the long expected goal was blown up. The Sun of government leader at 03 Aquarius was conjunct the Trilateral Jupiter at 04 Aquarius while the transiting Mars of action at 26 Pisces was conjunct the emphasized Sun at 24 Pisces.
Big business was howling in protest at the halt to decades of globalization as well as the years spent in negotiations to establish a corporate regime through the TPP had been trashed.285
By February 1, 2017, it was reported that hundreds of State Department career diplomats signed onto a letter of dissent to protest the travel ban.286 On February 6, 2017, the day Jupiter of courts became stationary retrograde at 23 Libra, over 100 corporations filed a lawsuit to stop the administration from interfering in their business practices as many were dependent on less expensive immigrant labor.287
The stationary Jupiter was a return to the custom board request for troop support in 1768 to enforce duties on rebellious Americans. The lawsuit was followed by a call to boycott companies that did business with the Trump family.288 A full chorus of CEO’s would come out against the administration and the rebellious people who elected him citing the travel ban, the Paris Agreement, or DACA positions.289 (more on stationary returns)
At the close of 2017, a Council of Foreign Relations article enumerated the ending of TPP and the Paris Agreement with their concerns that continued implementation of America First policies would have epic consequences on ‘traditional foreign policy practices’.290 The convergence of corporate condemnation against a Republican president accidently unveiled the merger of the multinationals with the globalists of both parties.
